Policies & Procedures

The Washington County Board of Education (BOE) uses BoardDocs  to host all policies and regulations that govern school operations. 

In addition, a complete listing is available for all WCPS stakeholders to have access to meeting dates, agendas, minutes, and any other information related to the business of Washington County Public Schools.

How do I navigate BoardDocs?

There are four main sections in BoardDocs: 
 

  • FEATURED: allows you to see the most recent meeting(s) and/or supporting materials(s)
  • MEETINGS: allows you to view current and previous meetings (e.g., agendas, minutes, etc.)
  • POLICIES: allows you to view active Policies, Exhibits, Procedures, and Regulations
  • LIBRARY: allows you to search BoardDocs

In addition, BoardDocs has a useful search tool in the top-right corner (magnifying glass icon) that will allow you to search meeting agendas, minutes, policies, and even attachments in a matter of seconds.

BoardDocs is a web-based policy, document library, and meeting tool for paperless governance. It allows paperless workflows for agenda development by the school district, a full library of current school board policies and guidelines, as well as a growing collection of historical school board documents including past minutes, financial reports, and committee reports.
